End User License Agreement for KeyFlow
License grant
XHL Audio grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable license to use KeyFlow. The final number of permitted devices must be specified before launch.
Permitted use
KeyFlow may be used for private and commercial music productions. Musical results created with KeyFlow belong to the user.
Restrictions
Resale, public distribution of the download or license key, reverse engineering beyond statutory permissions, and circumvention of technical protections are prohibited.
Updates
Maintenance and compatibility updates may be provided for the purchased major version. Future major versions are only included when explicitly stated at purchase.
Termination
The license may be terminated in accordance with applicable law in the event of a material breach of these License Terms.
