Scope

These placeholders govern the purchase of digital software products from XHL Audio. Provider information and the final legal wording must be completed and reviewed before launch.

Formation of the contract

The product presentation does not yet constitute a binding offer. The contract is formed after checkout is completed and payment is successfully confirmed.

Delivery

KeyFlow and the personal license key are delivered digitally after successful payment.

Usage rights

The scope of permitted use is defined in the separately incorporated License Terms.

Warranty and liability

Statutory rights apply. Limitations of liability and product-specific provisions must be legally finalized before launch.
